Letter of Invitation
To International Attendees: To request a letter of invitation for this conference please send your request to: IRCHLB@ifas.ufl.edu.. Please include your full name and mailing address in the email as well as the title of your abstract and full author list.
A limited amount of funding is available for conference participants with fiscal hardship that could not otherwise attend the IRCHLB. Travel assistance funding is not intended to completely offset costs of travel. Rather the funding assistance is intended to augment and/or leverage the limited resources provided by the conference participant and/or their respective institution. A Travel Assistance Committee will evaluate applications on a ‘greatest need’ basis. If selected, the award will be in the amount of $500-$1000 US. Please understand that funding is limited, and therefore not all applicants will receive awards. Intention of these awards is to attract the greatest number of research participants.
